    The problematic stick of ram has been removed from the server and our team is satisfied that no further issues will arise until new hardware arrives.

    Maintenance will be scheduled when the new hardware arrives to out team

    The server is currently offline. We are working on express shipping parts as best as possible and our team will be heading to the datacenter soon to begin fixing any intermediate issues

    2022-12-20 08:02:51 (UTC+00:00) - Server was identified to be offline by automated tools
    2022-12-21 05:39:00 (UTC+00:00) - Our team arrived at the datacenter and began working on restoring the server
    2022-12-21 06:20:49 (UTC+00:00) - Server was restored online. A misconfiguration on the boot order caused it to not boot after crashing. When running diagnostics and also displayed on the boot screen, one of our DDR4 RAM sticks were displaying errors
    2022-12-21 07:15:51 (UTC+00:00) - Server was identified to be offline by automated tools
    2022-12-21 07:16:51 (UTC+00:00) - Server came back online by itself. This is believed to be a hard crash caused by the memory issues

    Hardware failure has been identified on our Sydney 02 server. This is believed to be the memory.

    Due to the holiday period, we are struggling to find a quick replacement and as such our service may suffer for the next 1-2 weeks until replacement parts can be arranged from a vendor
