    Our UK Upstream is conducting essential maintenance on a core router in response to an outage around the time we began migrating customers to our new infrastructure. This will allow them to proactively prevent this same issue re-occurring in the future.

    This maintenance means that we will have a brief period of network outage (around 10 mins) whilst they re-configure that router. They expect the actual duration to be less though.
