We received notice at around 10:50 AM that a full-scale network outage was occurring at our upstream network provider, Flintel. The last information we have received is that this incident is related to a switch issue in their network. We are currently awaiting a fix from their engineers and have no ETA on a resolution.

All of our customers should email support@liftuphosting.com.au in order to receive SLA credit for the downtime when our servers are back up.
